"I was not sure what to expect from the Talking-Points session — I thought it might feel a bit clinical or awkward. It was neither. The facilitator gave us a structure that felt natural to use and the printed guide actually helped during the real conversation the following week. Worth every baht."

"We attended the Records Workshop as a family — myself, my wife, and my brother. Our documents were a genuine mess across three different boxes. We left with everything sorted into one folder with labels that actually made sense. The facilitator was patient and did not rush anyone."

"The Coordination Package was what finally helped our family stop going in circles. We had two meetings and came away with a written plan that three people could actually agree on. Siriporn was thoughtful and clear about what the service could and could not do, which helped us trust the process."

"I came alone for the Talking-Points session — my situation was difficult to explain and I worried about being judged. I was not. Phairot listened carefully and helped me prepare something clear and calm rather than something that would just escalate a tense situation. The guide I took home was genuinely useful."

"We were sceptical at first — we thought the Records Workshop might be too basic. It was more useful than we expected, actually. We realised how much we had simply never checked or could not locate. The folder system is still how we keep things at home nine months later."

"What I appreciated most about the Coordination Package was that nobody at Concord ever suggested they knew better than us what our family should decide. They helped us reach our own shared understanding. The briefing sheet has been referred to several times since we received it — it is clear and easy to follow."

How Families Used Concord's Services
Preparing for a Family Meeting About Living Arrangements
The Situation
An adult child needed to discuss changing living arrangements with an elderly parent and a sibling. Previous attempts at the conversation had ended badly, with both sides feeling unheard. The family was not in dispute — they simply did not know how to start.
What We Did
The adult child attended a Talking-Points Preparation Session. We worked through a respectful conversation structure and helped her prepare specific, kind phrases for the points she needed to raise. The printed guide summarised these in a format she could review beforehand.
Outcome
The family meeting took place the following week. She later told us the guide helped her stay on track when the conversation became emotional, and that both her parent and sibling felt the discussion was handled fairly. Duration from first enquiry to session: 5 days.
Three Siblings Coordinating Shared Household Responsibilities
The Situation
Three adult siblings from Ubon Ratchathani were managing shared responsibilities following a parent's passing. Responsibilities were unclear, no written record existed, and each sibling had a different understanding of what had been agreed verbally.
What We Did
The family took the Coordination Plan & Briefing Package. Across two meetings, we helped them agree on a set of shared arrangements and produced a written coordination plan and briefing sheet. We also provided signposting notes for the legal steps they would need to take separately.
Outcome
All three siblings signed off on the final documents, which they used as a common reference when questions arose later. One sibling said it was the first time in two months they had agreed on something in writing. Total package duration: 11 days.
A Couple Sorting Documents Before an Overseas Relocation
The Situation
A couple preparing for an overseas move realised they had never properly organised their household documents. They did not know what they had, what was missing, or how to sort what they found. With a deadline approaching, they needed a structured session quickly.
What We Did
They attended the Records Tidy & Label Workshop. In a half-day session, they worked through the document categories checklist, identified gaps, and left with a labelled folder system. We provided referral notes for obtaining replacement copies of two documents they could not locate.
Outcome
Both participants said they felt significantly less anxious about their move after the workshop. They completed the government steps flagged in our referral notes within a week. Workshop scheduled and completed within three days of their initial enquiry.
