Three Services, Each Built Around What Families Actually Need
From a single preparation session to a full coordination package — all priced clearly, all focused on giving households practical tools to carry forward.
← Back to HomeHow We Structure Each Service
Every Concord service follows the same broad shape: a brief initial conversation to confirm the right fit, a structured working session or workshop, and a set of documents the family takes home. The depth and scope change with each service — the steady, unhurried approach does not.
1. Initial Call
A brief, no-obligation conversation to understand the household's situation and confirm the right service.
2. Scheduling
A time is agreed for the session or workshop, confirmed in writing with a clear description of what to expect.
3. Working Session
The session itself — structured, paced by the family, and focused on the agreed scope.
4. Take-Home Documents
Printed guides, checklists, or a coordination plan — something concrete the family keeps and uses after the session ends.
Talking-Points Preparation Session
A supportive session helping family members prepare gentle talking points for an important household discussion. We work through simple frameworks for keeping a conversation respectful, especially when the subject is sensitive or when family members have not spoken openly about it before. For households facing change who want calm conversations.
Educational and supportive only — never advisory. We do not tell families what decision to reach, only help them prepare to talk clearly and kindly.
- Printed talking-points guide included
- Approx. 2–3 hours
- One or two participants
- Suitable for any household facing a difficult conversation
Session Steps
- 1Brief intake — understand the topic and the family members involved
- 2Work through a respectful conversation framework together
- 3Draft personalised talking points on paper
- 4Review, adjust, and finalise the printed guide to take home
Records Tidy & Label Workshop
A small-group workshop guiding families to gather and clearly label the documents a household keeps — identification papers, property records, financial account details, insurance, and other important materials. Participants leave with plain checklists and a labelled folder system they can maintain at home.
Organisational and informational only. Where official registration or legal document handling is involved, we refer families to the appropriate government offices or professional services.
- Printed checklists and physical folders included
- Half-day group session (approx. 4 hours)
- Small group — up to six participants
- Referrals to official sources where needed
Workshop Steps
- 1Introduction — what documents a household typically holds and why they matter
- 2Work through the categories checklist for your household
- 3Label and sort documents using the provided folder system
- 4Note gaps and next steps — receive referral guidance where official action is needed
Coordination Plan & Briefing Package
A structured package helping a family agree on simple shared arrangements and produce a clear written summary everyone involved can refer to. Designed for households seeking clarity and calm — where several people need to understand and follow the same basic plan. Supportive and organisational only, with signposting to suitable official resources.
Includes a coordination plan document and a family briefing sheet, printed and formatted for easy reading by all members.
- Printed coordination plan & family briefing sheet
- Two working meetings plus document preparation
- Usually completed within 1–2 weeks
- Signposting to official resources included
Package Steps
- 1Meeting one — understand the household's situation and the arrangements that need to be agreed
- 2Document preparation — draft the coordination plan and briefing sheet
- 3Meeting two — review with all relevant family members, agree on final wording
- 4Final printed documents issued, with signposting notes attached where relevant

Professional Standards We Follow
Confidentiality
Session information is kept on secured, access-controlled storage and never shared with third parties without written family agreement.
Clear Scope
We do not offer legal, financial, or psychological advice. Each session opens with a spoken scope disclosure to confirm this with the family.
Active Referrals
When a family needs a professional outside our scope, we provide signposting notes — not a vague suggestion but a sensible direction toward the right type of help.
Plain Language
All printed materials are reviewed for readability. Documents are written so they can be understood on first reading by participants without specialist knowledge.
Post-Session Support
If a question arises after a session has ended, families can contact our team. We aim to respond within one business day for follow-up queries.
Cultural Awareness
Our facilitators are embedded in northeast Thai community life and approach each family's situation with awareness of local norms and communication patterns.
